Water Street & River Front Park Improvements

Project Description:

This project included providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to install underground utilities; repair approximately 160 linear feet of sheet pile; place new concrete bridging slabs; build a new park at the foot of Market Street; install streetscaping along portions of Water Street; patch the roadway along portions of Water Street; and replace storm sewer drainage at the Princess Street intersection. Work included hauling, sewer, grading, demolition, erosion control, traffic control, excavating, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, pavers, silt fencing, electrical, and concrete.  Alternate work included complete streetscaping between Market and Princess Streets, a new fountain foundation, and a new park in front of the Federal Building; exterior renovations to the Visitor’s Center; replacing timber decking at the Visitor’s Center; replacing the Riverwalk
