Project Description:

Trader Construction completed a Design/Build project in Carteret County at Jarrett Bay Boatworks this spring. The Project consisted of a 6-foot excavation to put in storm drain underneath an existing wash pad as well as the new wash pad. They both drain to an oil-water separation box that allows the water to be treated and reused.  The wash pad consisted of 70 tons of rebar and 550 yards of class AA Concrete with a trench drain in the center. This new wash pad is designed to hold a 500 ton travel lift that can hold and carry yachts up to 150 ft long.
