Motor Transport Upgrades

Project Description:

This project consists of two sites (RR469) and (RR456).  Each site is an add on into new territory at Camp Lejeune, Stone Bay, inside MARSOC.  The two sites are being used for two new buildings.  Trader’s task is to construct the building pads, earthwork, storm/water/sewer utilities.  More specifically:  5.0 AC of clearing and grubbing, 20500 CY of material (unclassified/borrow/topsoil), 900 LF of storm drain utilties, 500 LF of roof drain utilities, 500 LF of water/sewer connections and tie ins.
