Project Description:

Phase 1 of the Duffyfield Community Stormwater Enhancement Project includes the completion of a of a new stormwater pump station and the installation of approximately 2,330 linear feet of 12‐inch diameter force main and a stilling well outfall. The pumpstation is located at the northwest corner of an existing detention pond at the intersection of Biddle St and E Rose St. The force main will be installed along the southern side of E Rose Street until it crosses under E Rose Street just west of Garden Street where it will discharge via a stilling well on the north side of the East Rose Street to an un‐named tributary of Jack Smith Creek.

Phase 2 & 3 of the Duffyfield Community Stormwater Enhancements Project includes the construction of approximately 3.50 acres of constructed wetlands and several areas of stormwater improvements to optimize drainage to the wetlands. The constructed wetlands will outlet through a riser and outlet barrel into an existing detention pond, with a pump station and force main providing relief for the overall watershed.
