A.H. Bangert Elementary Receives New Paved Track Through Trader Construction Donation

In 2023, Trader Construction partnered with Craven County Schools to donate time, equipment, and materials for the construction of a new paved track at A.H. Bangert Elementary in New Bern, NC. The project replaced the school’s previous dirt path, creating a smooth, durable surface for physical education classes, recess, and community activities.

The upgrade ensures a safer, more accessible space for students to stay active throughout the school year. By providing a surface that can be used in a variety of weather conditions, the new track supports the school’s focus on health, fitness, and outdoor learning.

This project reflects Trader Construction’s ongoing commitment to investing in local communities and enhancing facilities that serve children and families.

Trader Construction continues to be involved in our communities by working through the organizations below.
