The initial phase of this project included providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to develop a 1300-acre waterfront residential community: the excavation of a 400-boat slip marina basin and entrance channel; layout for essential support buildings, roadways, home site lots, and amenity buildings. Other ancillary work consists of surveying, earthwork, road maintenance, storm drainage, utility construction, erosion control measures & BMP, shoreline stabilization, and selective clear & grubbing for expansion for small and medium-sized site development.
