Project Description:

This project consisted of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete a 61,624 SF new construction package for exhibits, shops and meeting places. Work included clearing & grubbing; installing and maintaining erosion control devices for denuded areas, stockpiles; excavating/backfilling for buildings, structures, and concrete retaining walls; installing rebar and structural steel; conducting field engineering; Surveying; maintaining temporary access points; implementing and maintaining traffic control measures; dewatering; demolition of existing structures/roadway; conducting pile driving; installing foundation drain lines & rerouting storm drain lines, structural concrete for buildings; installing steel H piles & pile caps; furnishing and installing all helical piers under site retaining walls; furnishing and placing all rigid insulation behind walls; building rain gardens for landscaping mulch; installing concrete curbs; and installing liquid floor treatments to exposed concrete floors and stairs.
