Project Description:

The project included providing all labor, materials, and supervision to design/build a 4000 sq ft building that serves as the corporate headquarters and home of Jarrett Bay’s Beaufort staff. Building included 10 offices, 2 conference rooms, a full kitchen, a spacious reception area & a Carolina wrap-around covered porch. The 1 acre development included the installation of all utilities & a parking area with asphalt pavement.
