Pivers Island Bridge

Project Description:

This project included all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the demolition and removal of an existing bridge; the design & construction of a two-lane bridge to replace the existing bridge and associated bulkheads & approach drives; the design & installation of a security gate at the entrance to the bridge; the removal of the marine sampling platform attached to the existing bridge; and the design & construction of the most effective method of attaching the marine sampling platform to the new bridge.
